1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Seller63 LLC ("Seller63", "we", "us") is a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy covers the seller63.com website, the Seller63 application at app.seller63.com, and our support and email communications (together, the "Service").

Seller63 is an analytics platform for Amazon sellers, and our customers are businesses. We are the controller of your account information and of data about how you use the Service. The business data you connect from Amazon or enter in the app — sales, inventory, fees, advertising, costs — is yours (our Terms of Service call it "Customer Data"); we process it on your instructions to provide the Service, under our Terms of Service and Data Processing Addendum.

This policy describes our practices. It is a notice, not a contract. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Service.

2. Information we collect

Account information. Name, email address, company name and sign-in details, collected through our authentication provider when you or a teammate joins an account. If you sign in through a third-party identity provider, we receive the name and email address it shares with us.

Amazon seller data. When you connect a Seller Central or Amazon Ads account (an "Amazon account"), you authorize Seller63 to retrieve data through Amazon's Selling Partner API and Amazon Advertising API. This includes product listings and catalog attributes; FBA inventory levels and movements; order financial data (Amazon order numbers, dates, quantities, product identifiers, prices, fees, promotions, refunds); settlement and fee data; Seller Economics; sales and traffic reports; and advertising campaign performance and spend. We also store the authorization tokens Amazon issues so we can keep your data current.

Data you enter in the app. Cost of goods sold, custom fields, column and filter preferences, files you upload (such as CSV imports), and anything else you type.

Usage and technical data. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, actions taken in the app, timestamps and error logs. We use this to run, secure and improve the Service.

Communications. Messages you send us by email.

Billing information. Once paid plans begin: billing name, address and payment status. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers.

3. Information we do not collect

We do not collect, store or process information that identifies Amazon buyers: no buyer names, shipping or billing addresses, phone numbers or email addresses.

This is built into the Service rather than just promised. Our order requests to Amazon leave out the buyer and recipient details, and incoming order data is checked for personal-data fields before anything is stored. Order records contain Amazon order numbers, dates, product identifiers, quantities and financial amounts such as prices, fees and refunds. An order number does not identify a buyer to us. Because you or Amazon can link it to one, European data-protection law can treat it as personal data, and we protect it on that basis.

We also do not collect special categories of personal data (such as health or religious information), precise location data, or data from children.

4. How we use information

We use information only to provide, secure and improve the Service and to meet our legal duties. For people in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, the table shows the legal basis we rely on for each purpose. Where we handle business data as your processor, we act on your instructions and the legal basis is yours.

Purpose What we use Legal basis (EEA, UK, Switzerland)
Provide the Service: calculate profitability and related analytics, show dashboards and reports, export data Amazon seller data, data you enter, account information Performance of our contract with you

Keep the Service secure: monitoring, logging, abuse and fraud prevention Usage and technical data Our legitimate interest in a secure service
Improve the Service: understand how features are used, find and fix problems, check the calculations you rely on Aggregated usage data; your own data only within your own account Our legitimate interest in a product that works
Service notices: security alerts, changes to terms, billing Account information Performance of our contract; legal obligation
Product news to people who asked for early access or opted in (unsubscribe at any time) Email address Consent, or our legitimate interest in telling existing customers about the product
Legal compliance: tax, accounting, lawful requests Billing and account records Legal obligation

We do not use your Amazon seller data for advertising, to benchmark you against other sellers, to train machine-learning models that serve anyone other than you, or for any purpose other than providing the Service to the account it belongs to.

5. Amazon seller data and Amazon's policies

Seller63 is an independent application registered with Amazon's Selling Partner developer program. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon.

We follow Amazon's Data Protection Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. In practice this means:

  • We use Amazon seller data only to provide the Service to the customer it belongs to.
  • Each customer's data is kept logically separate from every other customer's. In our application database the separation is enforced by the database itself, and the Service is designed to prevent one customer's data from being returned to another customer's account.
  • Amazon authorization tokens are stored in our database, encrypted at rest by our cloud provider, protected by the same separation, and kept out of logs and URLs.
  • Access to our production systems is limited to the people and systems that need it, and administrative access to our cloud infrastructure is logged.
  • We do not request or store information that identifies buyers (section 3).

To disconnect an Amazon account, email support@seller63.com, or revoke Seller63's authorization with Amazon (for Seller Central: Apps and Services → Manage your apps). Access ends on the day you revoke it with Amazon, or on the day we confirm your disconnection request by email. From that day we no longer retrieve data from that account, and within 30 days we delete the stored authorization and the Amazon seller data retrieved from it, as Amazon's policy requires. Costs and custom fields you entered for that account's products are deleted within the same 30 days, unless the product is also in another Amazon account that stays connected. If you reconnect the account before we have deleted its data, nothing is deleted. Export what you need before you disconnect.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies and similar browser storage only. The app uses them to keep you signed in, to complete the Amazon connection flow, and to protect against cross-site request forgery; they come from us and from our authentication provider and cannot be switched off without breaking sign-in. Your interface preferences (column layouts, filters) are stored in your account.

seller63.com sets no analytics or advertising cookies. We do not use advertising pixels, session-replay tools or ad networks anywhere on the Service.

If this changes, we will update this section and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.

7. How we share information

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share information only with the providers below, with people you add to your account, and in the specific situations listed after the table.

Provider What they do for us Data involved Location
Google Cloud Platform (Google LLC) Hosting, database, analytics warehouse, file storage, secrets management All data in the Service; Google hosts it but does not use it for its own purposes United States (us-central1)
Vercel Inc. Hosts seller63.com and the app's web front end Usage and technical data from pages you load; your business data is not routed through Vercel United States
Clerk, Inc. Sign-in, user and organization management, sign-in and invitation emails Name, email address, company name, sign-in events; Clerk never receives Amazon seller data United States
Anthropic, PBC AI-assisted engineering tools we use to build, operate and support the Service Business figures and system logs our engineers review while doing that work. We keep personal data (names, email addresses, order numbers) out of these tools, and model training on this work is switched off United States
Google Workspace (Google LLC) Email Messages you send us, your name and email address United States and other countries where Google operates

Each provider handles data under terms that limit how it may use it. We will update this table before any new provider starts handling your data.

Google Cloud Platform hosts the business data you connect or enter and is our subprocessor under the Data Processing Addendum. Anthropic's tools see business figures but no personal data, so it is not a subprocessor. The others handle only account, usage or correspondence data.

Amazon is the source of your seller data and receives the API requests we make on your behalf. It is not our service provider, and its handling of your data is governed by your own agreements with Amazon.

We may also disclose information: to users you invite to your account, according to the permissions you set; when required by law, subpoena or a lawful request from a public authority; to protect the rights, property or safety of Seller63, our users or others, including to investigate fraud or abuse; to an acquirer or successor if Seller63 is sold or merged, after notice to you and under this policy or one at least as protective; and with your consent.

8. Where data is stored and international transfers

Your business data is stored and processed in the United States, on Google Cloud in the us-central1 region. Our other providers handle account, usage and correspondence data in the locations shown in section 7.

If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, your data is transferred to the United States when you use the Service. Where data-protection law requires a transfer mechanism for personal data we process on your behalf, the Standard Contractual Clauses in our Data Processing Addendum apply, alongside our providers' own safeguards, which may include certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Most of what we hold about a customer is business data rather than personal data. The personal data involved is the names, email addresses and sign-in records of your team, the usage data described in section 2, and, where European law treats them as personal data, Amazon order numbers.

9. Security

We protect your data with technical and organizational measures that match the sensitivity of what we hold. Today these include:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher) for connections over the internet, and encryption at rest (AES-256) on Google Cloud.
  • Tenant isolation enforced inside the application database with row-level security, checked by automated tests on every code change.
  • Your identity and account are derived only from a verified sign-in token; there is no fallback to a default account.
  • Application credentials are kept in a secrets manager, never in source code.
  • Customer-facing queries run under a database role that is bound by the isolation rules.
  • Logging of system activity, and automatic alerts when a scheduled job fails.

These measures may change as the Service develops, but we will not materially weaken the protection of your data.

No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access will never happen. If we learn of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, notify regulators as the law requires, and tell you what happened and what we are doing about it. To report a security concern, email support@seller63.com with "Security" in the subject line.

10. Data retention

We keep data only as long as we need it to provide the Service and meet our legal duties.

Data Kept for
Account and team information, and your display preferences While your account is open; deleted within 30 days after you close it
Amazon seller data, including our raw copies of Amazon's responses While the Amazon account is connected; deleted within 30 days after you disconnect it or close your account
Amazon authorization tokens While the Amazon account is connected; deleted within 30 days after you disconnect it or close your account
Costs and custom fields you entered While the Amazon account their products belong to is connected; deleted within 30 days after you disconnect it or close your account
Files you upload (CSV imports) Deleted 30 days after upload
Emails you send us Deleted 3 years after the last message in the conversation
Backups and recovery copies Each is deleted automatically no later than 30 days after it is made
Application logs Deleted 30 days after they are written
Cloud infrastructure audit logs 400 days
Billing records 7 years from the date of the transaction
Early-access and marketing contacts Until you unsubscribe, or 2 years after our last contact with you, whichever comes first

You can export your data as CSV from the Catalog, COGS and Home pages at any time, so export what you need before disconnecting or closing your account. If a product is in more than one connected Amazon account, its costs and custom fields are kept until the last of those accounts is disconnected. You can also ask us to delete costs and custom fields at any time, and we do so within 30 days. If a law, a dispute or the enforcement of our agreements requires us to keep specific records longer, we keep only those records, and only for as long as that requires.

11. Your rights

Everyone. Whatever your location, you can: access the personal data we hold about you; correct it; delete it; export your data; disconnect your Amazon account; and opt out of marketing emails. To make a request, email support@seller63.com from the address on your account. We may ask for information to verify your identity, and we respond within 30 days. Making a request will never affect the price or quality of the Service.

EEA, UK and Switzerland. In addition, you have the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interests, to restrict processing while we check your objection, to receive your personal data in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting what was done before. You can complain to the data-protection authority in the country where you live or work, though we would welcome the chance to resolve your concern first. For the business data you connect or enter, you are the controller and we act as your processor under our Data Processing Addendum.

California and other US states. These laws call personal data "personal information". We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond what the Service requires. Residents of California and of other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to delete and correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Seller63 is a business-to-business service and may fall below the thresholds at which some of these laws apply, but we honor these requests from anyone, and you may appeal a decision by replying to our response.

12. Children

The Service is for businesses and for users aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us personal data, email support@seller63.com and we will delete it.

13. AI and automated processing

We do not use your data to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models that serve anyone other than you. Profitability figures are calculated by fixed rules, not by AI models, and the Service makes no automated decision that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.

We use AI-assisted engineering tools to build, operate and support the Service (section 7). Model training on that work is switched off, and we keep personal data out of those tools.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service or the law changes. For material changes we will email the account owner at least 30 days before the change takes effect, or sooner where the law or Amazon's policies require the change. A change is material if it changes what data we collect or how we use it, or adds a subprocessor for your business data. For other changes we will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date.
